2) Enter in the measurements of your wall and we calculate the size or number of rolls needed.

3) Follow the steps to purchase the wallpaper and you’ll receive it direct to your door!

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card We accept most major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Pay-Pal One of the fastest and most secure ways to make an online payment, Bloompapers now accepts purchases through PayPal.

Bank Transfer You can pay for your bloompaper by bank transfer, quoting your order number and full name with the transaction. We request that you send us a copy of the bank receipt by email. Orders received via bank transfer will take a further 3 to 5 working days to clear.

Why was my credit card declined?

• First check that your card has not expired .
• Check that you have not exceeded the limit placed on your card by your bank.
• Check that all details have been entered correctly.
• Your bank may ask you for additional security details once you have entered in your card details. If you do not have these security details you should get in touch with your bank.

Can I get an invoice for my order? No problem. Just send us an email to info@bloompapers.com along with your VAT number / invoicing details and we will send it to you.

Delivery Times

The delivery date for each Bloompaper order is 15 days, starting from the day after the purchase is made.

For orders purchased via bank transfer, the delivery date starts from the day after the transfer is received.

You will receive an email confirming when the order has left our warehouse. If you require a tracking number for your order, please contact us by email.

Returns

When you receive the package, first check that the packaging is intact and the goods are undamaged.

If you see any damage or fault in the wallpapers, please contact us without delay. We’ll resolve the problem immediately.

We can accept return of any bloompaper withhin 14 days of receipt of the package, except in the following circumstances:

- When the mural has been printed from one of your own images, or from an image not found on bloompapers.com

- When the mural has been made to measure, or modified in any way from its original colour, design or format.

Please be aware that the colours of the wallpapers you see on our website will vary slightly from the colours on the actual product. This is to do with each individual computer monitor and not the quality of the product.

If you decide to return your bloompaper, please send us an email with your order number and date and we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the product must be received in its original packaging and unopened.

Payment security

All payment information that you provide us with is transferred securely through our internet servers.

All personal information is seen by us and only us – we only give your details to third parties for order processing, ie transport couriers.

Materials

All our wallpapers and wall murals are made from high quality non woven wall covering. This type of wallpaper has many advantages: it’s tough, it’s easy to hand and does not require pre soaking. To hang the wallpaper, the glue is simply applied onto the wall and the wallpaper hung on top. The wall coverings do not contain any substances harmful to the environment or your health and are biodegradable. The wallpapers are washable and have excellent light resistance.

All our wall coverings are fire resistant. The fire resistance certificate can be supplied upon request.

Recommended sizes

For all made to measure murals, we recommend that you add a further 5cm( 2in. ) to the length and height of your mural.

For example: If your wall measures 400cm (158in.) x 400cm (158in.), we recommend that you order 405cm (160in.) x 405cm (160in.).
