We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Full payment must be made for all goods before delivery or collection can be made.

Items that are available to order must be paid in full by any of the methods highlighted on our website at the time of order; if payment is not made we will be forced to cancel your order.

You will be charged the correct price for buying goods and services from our website at the date you place your order. We do our best to ensure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen we will amend the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price.

Contract of ordering

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

• You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
• You receive an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.

Description of products

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times.

Bloompapers S.L. have made every effort to prepare and check the content of this website to ensure all information is accurate, particularly with regards to prices quoted and product description. Orders will only be accepted if no material discrepancy exists in respect of details, prices and descriptions quoted. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the products ordered. All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Secure payment

Online payments by credit or debit card at Bloompapers S.L. are made through La Caixa bank. After confirming your purchase and contact details you will be asked to enter your payment details on La Caixa secure payment servers. It is our top priority to ensure that your transaction data is kept secure at all times.

Transaction security

No cardholder information is ever passed to Bloompapers. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to La Caixa bank can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Your Order

Track your order

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from bloompapers.com to say that your order has been accepted. When the order has been shipped, you will receive an email stating the date of shipment. Should you wish to track your parcel, simply send an email to info@bloompapers.com where we will reply with the relevant tracking number. All are sent by TNT and the goods can be tracked using their customer service line, or by their website.

Once your order has been dispatched, any change in the address originally given to us will incur an additional fee and an extra week of transit.

Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Bloompapers product and wish to return it you may do so at your cost. You have up until the end of 14 working days after receipt of your order delivery to inform us if you wish to return your order and we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is in fully resalable condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. Such returns must be received at our returns centre within 14 days of receipt of order.*

Returns cannot be accepted in the following circumstances:

• When the mural has been printed from one of your own images, or from an image not found on bloompapers.com
• When the mural has been made to measure, or modified in any way from its original colour, design or format.

The colours of the wallpapers you see on our website will vary slightly from the colours on the actual product. This is to do with each individual computer monitor and not the quality of the product.

If you decide to return your bloompaper, please send us an email with your order number and date and we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

Returns Due to Defect or Damage

All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However please check all products on receipt for colour, design, quality or imperfections. It is essential that such checks are carried out before cutting or hanging the rolls, as no claims will be accepted after hanging or cutting of the product. No refunds will be issued for any labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.

Goods must be inspected and checked before cutting. No claims can be entertained or exchanges made if the material has been cut. If the goods are received damaged, then they should be signed for as such on the delivery note and we must be advised in writing to info@bloompapers.com within 3 working days.

You should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.

None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Delivery charges

Bloompapers will refund your original delivery charge only when a product is incorrect, damaged or faulty. We do not charge for returns of faulty or damaged products but we do charge for delivery and return of unwanted purchases.

Damages

In the event that goods received by you are either faulty or damaged, you should contact us within seven days from the date on which you have accepted delivery of the goods. You have the right, in the event of the goods being either faulty or damaged, to have the goods returned to us provided that you have notified us of the defect or damage within a reasonable period of time after delivery and provided that the damage or defect has not happened following the date of delivery to you.

Cancellation of made-to-measure products

Should you wish to cancel a made-to-order product for any reason you must do so within 24 hours of your purchase; after the 24 hour cancellation period has elapsed any refund is at the discretion of bloompapers.

Delivery Information

Delivery of Goods

The responsibility for, and ownership of, the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been delivered.

Any delivery dates, or stock arrival dates, whether requested or quoted are only estimates. We will make every effort to deliver on those dates. We will make every effort to carry out our deliveries at the dates and times agreed. If for any reason, delivery is delayed, bloompapers is not liable for any consequential loss. We will of course make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.

On receipt of delivered goods, you must ensure that the goods are in a satisfactory condition, and any dissatisfaction with the must be reported immediately via phone or email.

Any deliveries that fail due to error on your part are refunded at bloompapers discretion. Please ensure you have made all the necessary arrangements to accept delivery on the expected date.

Delivery Times

Orders to all destinations on the UK mainland and Spain will normally be delivered within 14 days unless otherwise stated, from receipt of order. Orders to other destinations may take slightly longer and will be dependent on postcode.

We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published time periods.

Receipt of Delivery

All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. Should your delivery arrive in a less than satisfactory condition, i.e the box has been damaged in transit, please note this when signing for the delivery

If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Delivery will normally be by post or courier. All Products must be paid for prior to delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Bloompapers by you with full particulars within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the products, however arising.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a Purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

Compliance with laws

The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.

We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Severance

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.

Entire agreement

These Conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what Bloompapers and you are expected to do. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.

Jurisdiction and General Matters

All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in Spanish and construed and governed according to the Law of Spain and the courts of Spain shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

We continually update our online store. From time to time our retail stores may run special local promotions, which may not be available on our web site, or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail shops.

We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (TAX).

Password/Account security – You are responsible for the security of your password and account.

Where your order includes the purchase of knives or bladed articles, such as wallpaper cutting and hanging toolkits, you confirm that you are over the age of 16.

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of products as accurately as possible on our website. The actual colour that you see will depend upon on your monitor hence we cannot guarantee that the colour you see displayed will reflect the actual colour of the product.

Please do not use the screen image as a representation of the wallpaper colour as this varies from monitor to monitor. For a true colour match it is always recommended that you order a sample for a more accurate representation.
